Inquiry #1: Per 36-3.01C(5) Smoothness Quality Control Plan Subsection 4 - 4.1 Where is the semi-permanent stationing reference points report and subsequent pictures that are required so that we can ensure we are profiling apples to apples?

In addition, while reviewing the pre-bid data there is 3,200 ft overrun in the NB lane and - 1,000 lead in of recorded data. While comparing the NB and SB lanes there is a 32ft difference in what is being claimed as the official run. Per the spec, we are only allowed to have a 1 ft offset per .10th mile on either side so a maximum of 11ft. So we need to know if the starts and stops in the nb and sb are different.

Can we get the KML's or KMZ's so we can ensure accuracy? The Primes need more accurate data to ensure proper bidding practices.
