Inquiry #1: Plan Sheet TH-3 and shows K-rail on both sides of the Median Area to be paved, the K-rail quantities chart on THQ-2 does not seem to reflect the correct station marks or the double k-rail shown for Stage 2 & 5, which would change bid item #13 quantity as well, please clarify.
