Section 87-1.03B(3)(b) provides specifications for conduit installation under paved surfaces.
Section 87-1.03B(4) provides specifications for the process of using horizontal directional drilling method, only when installed under pavement per 87-1.03B(3)(b)
Sheet ED-1, Details A, B, and C include trenching details for fiber optic conduit. For fiber optic conduit installed under paved surfaces, refer to Note 4

Inquiry #8: 1-to replace the Building-mounted air conditioning unit, what is the dimensions of the window opening , how many (tons )AC unit, what is the existing model number, any upgrade to the electrical panel for new AC unit (please advise )

Response #2:1. Section 87-19.02J(3) specifies that you must verify dimensions of window opening prior to ordering air conditioning unit. No model number provided and no modifications to existing electrical panel is required.
Section 87-19.02J(3) specifies that building mounted air conditioning unit must be rated for 15,000 BTU.
15,000 BTU = 1.25 ton (refrigeration)
2. Sheet E-9, legend [7], specifies that the cabinet mounted air conditioner unit must be installed on the Department-furnished Model 344LX cabinet.
