Inquiry #4: Section 14-1.02 of the Specials state “Before starting job site activities, install temporary high-visibility fence and temporary fence (Type ERTEC) to delineate drainage work areas and to protect the ESA and mark its boundaries.” #2 of Section 14-6.03A also mentions that work will begin when the temporary fence (Type ERTEC) is installed and after biologists are able to trap and exclude animals from the project. Does that mean that partial removal of the Type ERTEC fence (roughly 4,000 LF) and temporary installation of the Type ERTEC fence is part of the 40 working days or completed prior to working days starting? Or will there be a contract suspension after the temporary Type ERTEC fence is installed?

What work is to be completed in the 40 working days specified, not including plant establishment work? There is concern that the 40 working days will not be enough to complete all the work listed in the plans/specs.
