Inquiry #2: The NB lanes of the PPF files provided both have the same data and must be the same file. Lane 1 and lane 2 have different design strategies so it is imperative that we have the data for both lanes. Additionally, the naming convention of the files are not according to Section 36 of the Specification, so it is difficult to tell which lane the file is referring to. Can Caltrans please provide files for all lanes and with correct naming convention.
