Inquiry #3: Per sheet X-1, the typical cross sections from C1 74+54.80 to C2 30+76 and C2 30+76 to 121+68 show sawcutting to be done wherever there is a concrete gutter edge, however, the plans indicate to cold plane in these areas. Is sawcutting necessary if cold planing is to be done?

Inquiry #4: Special provisions page 15 states "The maximum length of a single stationary one-way-reversing traffic-control lane closure is 1/4 mile between flaggers."
Please consider increasing the allowable distance between flaggers to allow for a larger work area.
