Inquiry #4: 1.) Does the 140 kip per girder end design load include the weight of the deck to be poured in step 4?
2.) Do the deck and diaphragms have be poured together such that the temporary supports are supporting the deck pour loads, or are the girders adequate to support everything once the diaphragms are poured such that the deck and diaphragm pours could be separated and the temporary supports removed prior to the deck pour?
3.) What is the lateral load requirement? Will it be the same as for falsework bents (i.e. construction, wind, min 2% DL, etc.)?
