Inquiry #5: Per Typical Cross Sections Plans shows most of the MGS locations are near or less than 4'-0" to the hinge point. Due to the quantities and number of locations of the said MGS, please provide a method of payment and footage that would require longer posts (7'-0" wood posts) due to proximity of hinge point per Caltrans Std. Plan A77N3. Thank you very much.

Inquiry #8: On Quantity Sheet Q-1, The amounts for the Minor Concrete Curb appear to only calculate the cy in one direction. Please review to determine if our findings need to have some of these quantities doubled. Example station 157 +27 to 166+50 is 923 lf /24 lf/cy =38.5 cy. Your quantity is 40 cy. This only accounts for one direction.
