Inquiry #2: Section 14-6.03D(1) of the project Special Provisions states, "Contractor-supplied biologist must implement monitoring and reporting requirements described in the natural resource protection plan."
Can you confirm this requirement and state if Caltrans will provide this Natural Resource Protection Plan (NRPP) or if the Contractor is to provide?
If Caltrans provides this NRPP, can you include it in the bid documents for review?
