Inquiry #2: Sheet 99 of the plan set (Part Elevation) appears to show 3" weepholes in every concrete precast panel. Please verify if this is correct.

Inquiry #3: There is not a detail showing a 3" drainpipe going through the retaining wall weep holes. Do the weep holes require a pipe penetration through the precast concrete panels? If so, please provide a detail with drainpipe product type.

Inquiry #4: . There is not a detail for a 3" drainpipe to run along the bottom of the retaining walls. Is a 3" drainpipe required to run along the bottom of the retaining walls? If so, please provide a detail with drainpipe product type.

Inquiry #5: Sheet 99 shows the precast concrete panel 7' 4" long x 12" wide x 5" deep. Each retaining wall has a concrete panel count per section that gives us a total count of panels per retaining wall. The plans also give us a square footage total for each wall. The square footage of each precast concrete panel multiplied by the count of each precast concrete panel does not equal to the quantities Caltrans has provided. (I.E...Precast panels are 7.33 SQ FT each. Wall 1 has total 1416 SQFT of precast panels totaling 193 panels. Caltrans quantities show 165 concrete precast panels). Please verify that the precast concrete panel sizes are correct and/or total square footage is correct for all bidders to estimate quantities and labor accurately.
