Inquiry #1: Bid item 16 - 560218 Furnish Sign Structure - Walkways are not shown on the drawings - please review and confirm if these sign structures require walkways or not since they are using Class XI Retroreflective sheeting which often do not want walkways per a Caltrans directive.
