Inquiry #1: The planting legend specifically shows 110 oz of Organic Fertilizer during Plant Establishment Period. There is no bid item for plant establishment on this project. You have several hundred shrubs planting with no bid item to maintain these plant materials. Please clarify that there is NO plant establishment on this project and if there is, under what item is it to be paid.

Inquiry #2: 1. Section 20 of the specifications require a "check and test for deficiencies" when working on an existing irrigation system. Is this to be incorporated within the bid items for the irrigation work?

2. Sheet IR-1 Irrigation removal plan, where is the pay item to remove existing irrigation? To be paid under "roadside clearing" per the note on the plan sheet??

Inquiry #3: Bid Item #20 Plant Group H qty 340 but sheet number PP-1 calls out qty for Car Edu as 600. Bid item is short of specified plant material. will the additional be paid under change order or original qty.
