Inquiry #4: Sheet L-4 shows the work at Location 4 to take place on the bridge over the Pit River between Carlos St and Water St on HWY 395. Sheet LD-12 says "mural on stem wall". Can you please clarify if the mural is to be painted on the traffic side of bridge where we will not need any special access or pollution mitigation efforts or on the river side of the bridge where these will be needed. Thanks

Inquiry #5: Sheet LD-2, Enlargement 1, shows how the stone wall veneer is to be fastened to the interior block wall. There is no enlargement showing how the wood grain veneer is to be fastened to the wall. Please clarify how the wood grain veneer is to be fastened to the wall.

Inquiry #6: In regards to Bid Item 11 - Roadside Clearing, there is no roadside clearing plan. The limits of roadside clearing are not defined so the item can not be quantified. Please provide limits of the roadside clearing.
