Inquiry #1: Good Morning -

I am trying to find out about the NDA sign off that is required for 03-1J4004 project plans. I searched the specs, plans, and supplemental info and found no such form. Is the NDA within the bid documents or is it something I must provide? Lastly, where would I send the signed NDA? I appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Page 4 of the NDA instructions states: “During the download process, you will be presented with the terms and conditions of the NDA. Once the NDA terms and conditions are agreed to and submitted, you can proceed to download the project plans. The NDA agreement process will not be presented again unless an updated NDA is released.”

What is the min spacing for the Centralizers in each casing?

What is the min spacing for the casing spacers in the 42" pipe? Does the outside of the spacer have continuous contact with the existing culvert circumference?

Can you provide an approved type and source?
