Inquiry #1: Could you please provide some pictures of the multi-plate under crossing? The Asphalt removal seems like a lot just would like to confirm if that is correct or not. Also, Can you please confirm the status of the bottom of the existing steel. There will be a substantial amount of nelson studs to be placed at the invert. Also, is this considered a road or a creek? There is no item for creek diversion or requirements for working in a creek so we assume it is a road?

Response #2:(BI#1) - For bridge as-built drawings, please refer to section 2-1.06B of the Standard Specifications. For asphalt concrete removal quantities, refer to sheet 19 of 19 of the contract plans, Item no. 34, concrete invert paving, and section 71-3.04C of the special provisions, and bid per the current contract bid documents.
