Inquiry #16: The list at the beginning of the Information Handout has multiple documents that don't apply to this project, for example a Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Permit. Documents that are included in the handout are not listed at the beginning, for example the Site Investigation Report, As-Built Plans, Bridge Survey Report.

It does not appear to be the correct list for this project. The Information Handout also appears to be missing all of the permits from various agencies.
