Response #1:Please do not use the Bidder Inquiry platform for Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting registration; it is for inquiries related to bidding on the project contract. Register in advance of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, and no later than 1 hour before the meeting time, by sending an email with bidder information to D4.Construction.Duty.Senior@dot.ca.gov Please include the project number & "Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting", within the subject of the email.

Inquiry #2: Please post minimum requirements for Layer 2 Edge PoE++ Ethernet Switch. There are no technical specifications listed in the special provisions currently.

Response #2:There are no other technical specifications that requires other than the Ethernet switch being "Layer 2 Edge PoE++." Once the project gets to that phase, the model the contractor submits will be reviewed.

Inquiry #3: Traffic chart G2 allows for one through lane Mon-Thu from 2100 to 0400, but requires two through lanes Friday morning from 0000 to 0100. Is this a mistake? Is the intention to allow one through lane Thursday night until midnight and then open back up to two through lanes for one hour before taking traffic back down to one through lane for the rest of the night?
