Inquiry #2: For DS - 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, and 21, the 18" CSP says " w/ DD Joints". Can you specify the fittings needed for the CSP?

Response #1:Please refer the bidder to the following standard plan sheets: D97A, D97C, D97D, and D97G. Sheet D97G tells the contractor of the acceptable type and dimensions. Sheets D97A, D97C, and D97D are the details for the specific types.

Project Plans and Bid Items indicate that the guardrail is to be removed and replaced with new MGS, and all new materials.
Project Special Provisions, Section 83-11.02D indicates that the guardrail is to be reconstructed with only new posts, blocks & hardware.
What is correct?

Inquiry #5: Per project special provision Division 1 General Provisions “Bid Items and Applicable Sections” Chart notes that Concrete Backfill (Pipe Trench) (RSC) reference is section 62 of the standards. This section is for Stormwater Treatment and does not provide any information with regards to the RSC backfill materials, is section 61 Division VII Drainage Facilities more applicable to the concrete backfill for pipe trenches on this project, please confirm
