Inquiry #1: It appears bid item 0044 870112 INDUCTIVE LOOP DETECTOR (LS) is redundant to bid item 0045 872135 MODIFYING TRAFFIC MONITORING STATIONS. The plans on pages 21 and 22 ( E-1 and EQ-1 ) show these loops as bidding under bid item 45. Please clarify the intention for bid item 44 or delete it if appropriate.
