Response #2:Attention is directed to section 12-4.02C(3)(g) of the Special Provisions with regards to the requirements for lane closures along State Route 41. The section of Route 41 is a 3-lane route in each direction. Chart G2 requires that at least 2 lanes to be open from 7pm-Midnight and 4am-5am, and at least one lane be open from Midnight-4am. Which means that from 7pm-Midnight and 4am-5am there can be a 1-lane closure, and from Midnight-4am there can be a 2-lane closure.
