Inquiry #1: Section 39-2.03B(3)(a) calls out for PG 70-10 binder for RHMA-G. Is this correct? PG 64-16 is the typical binder used for RHMA-G.

Inquiry #2: The details on sheet C-1 show a saw cut around the existing manholes and survey monuments. The manholes and survey monuments should be lowered prior to cold plane activities and then raised to finished grade after the RHMA. If the manholes and survey monuments are left at grade during the cold plane activity they will be 0.20' above the temporary driving surface. They will also not allow the contractor to pave the 0.10' HMA without picking up the screed at every existing frame and cover significantly affecting the HMA smoothness. Please revise the details to pre lower and raise existing manholes and survey monuments and add quantities for the numerous water valves within the project.
