Inquiry #4: Irrigation Plan IP-1 sheet shows 1EA for 2 inches size of Backflow and Construction Details C-10 shows 1EA for 1inches of Backflow from water system. But Irrigation Sprinkler Schedule ISS-1 sheet shows 2 EA for 1 inch backflow and also bid item 32 shows 2EA for 1” Backflow. So, we will bid 2EA for 1inches Backflow as per bid item 32 and Irrigation Sprinkler schedule ISS-1. Please advise?

Inquiry #10: Bid Item #50, which represents Class 2 Aggregate Base. The quantity listed for this item is 110 cubic yards (cy). However, based on our calculations, the total base should be approximately 220 cubic yards or more.

Response #2:The quantity for bid item #50, "Class 2 Aggregate Base," is listed as 110 cubic yards (cy) because some bid items already include Class 2 AB in their cost. Inquiry #11: Good afternoon, i don't see any answers regarding my question of the 1" chain link fabric.

plan sheet C-21, bid item 67 does not show a mesh size. please verify the mesh size for bid item 67.

Does bid item 67 require slats as well?

bid item 68 & 70 type CL-6 slatted, calls for 1" mesh with slats. 1" mesh size is too small for slats to go through the mesh fabric. please reconsider the mesh size for bid item 68 & 70 type CL-6 slatted fence & gate.

Inquiry #14: Plan sheet C-21 shows eh wrought iron gate with a hasp hidden shackle pad lock and lever handle.

Special provisions 80-11.02 materials does not mention what type of lever handle to price and quote. Please advise and clarify what type of lever handle is needed for the wrought iron pedestrian gate.

Inquiry #17: Confirm the duration of plant establishment. Completion of the work excluding plant establishment is stated to be (90) working days. Completion of the work including plant establishment is (120) working days. The stated plant establishment period is stated to be (60) working days which is in conflict, advise if (60) or (30) working days is the correct plant establishment duration for this contract and revise the total working days to (150) working days or correct the stated plant establishment duration to (30) working days instead of (60) as is currently shown.
