Inquiry #1: The last time this project was out to bid, the State adjusted the working days from 45 to 65 due to the amount of work and coordination required at for the electrical and paving scopes. As this work is substantially the same between the old and new bids, please consider increasing the total working days for this project as 45 days is not enough.

Inquiry #2: Per Special Provision section 12-4.02C(7)(b):
"The maximum length of a single stationary one-way-reversing traffic-control lane closure is 2 miles between flaggers. The length of the lane closure may be extended to 1.5 miles between the hours of 2200 and 0600."

This statement seems to be in error, please advise.
