Inquiry #2: The binder grade specified for the HMA is PG74-10. Is this a typo? If so, please clarify what the desired binder grade is. It seems like it was meant to say PG70-10 or PG64-10.

Response #2:Attention is directed to the special provisions. "Replace Reserved in section 39-2.02B(3) with: The grade of asphalt binder for Type A HMA must be PG 70-10."
