Inquiry #3: Sheet C-53, Location No. 54 Santa Monica Boulevard & Colby Avenue – NE Corner does not appear to have a pavement section 8 drawn on the plan sheet but is shown in profile section A-A. Should this location have pavement section 8? If so, revise the plan to show the limits of pavement section 8.

Inquiry #4: Sheet C-73, Location No. 74 Santa Monica Boulevard & Beloit Avenue – NE Corner has three callouts for fence; remove chain link fence, reconstruct chain link fence and relocate chain link fence. Please clarify whether Caltrans is requiring contractors to either remove, reconstruct, or relocate that stretch of chain link fence. If it is some combination of two or three, please clarify the limits of each.
