Inquiry #2: Can the RSC requirement for item #33 be eliminated. After reviewing the plans it appears the crossgutters and spandrels at the Handicap ramps could certainly be poured with a standard concrete mix.

Response #2:No, 43 and 45 are for hydraulics work, 44 is for sidewalk and driveway work, and 46 is for curb ramp work.

Inquiry #4: In the pavement delineation quantities, PDQ-1 & PDQ-2 subtotals show a total preform thermoplastic amount of 66,780 SQ FT. Total shows 93,995 SQ FT. Can you please clarify what the missing 27,215 SQ FT of markings are?

Inquiry #6: The detail for the Reinforced Concrete Encasement on Sheet #96 is calling for #13 rebar. #13 is not a standard Imperial rebar size. Could this be a metric call out which would be #4 imperial?
