Response #2:Please refer to section 83-3.01A in the Standard Specifications which indicates that reinforcement and drill and bond dowels for concrete barriers is paid for as part of the concrete barrier. Reinforcement spacing for barriers is customarily shown in inches without a symbol, so the spacing is 6 inches, not 6 feet. For details not shown, please refer to Revised Standard Plans B11-79, B11-80, and B11-80A. Please bid per the current contract bid documents.
