Inquiry #3: Reference sheet L-9: "SNFRP4" 54+36.07 and 54+37.03 show "Beg Trans RAILING (TYPE AGT) (SEE STRUCTURE PLANS FOR LIMIT OF Br RAILING Trans). The structure plans do not appear to show any transition rail limits. There is no Concrete Barrier Transition quantity included in the structure plans, or in the summary of quantity sheets for these two runs. Please advise, how is this work measured and paid for?

Inquiry #7: Special Provisions 12-3.11B(5)(b) describes that "Provide two C50B(CA) construction project funding identification signs." However, Plan CS-1 Construction Area Signs calls for two C40(CA) with panel size 108"x42". Please clarify.
