Inquiry #1: Special Provisions 20-2.06B(3) states that A single irrigation controller enclosure cabinet must be 48 inches high by 23 inches wide by 12 inches deep. However, Irrigation Plan IP-3 calls for ICC 'E' &'F'. Is the controller cabinet single or double?

Response #2:This is a single cabinet with one 48 station controller that is consolidating the stations from IC ‘E’ & ‘F’ that were removed as part of IR-3.

Inquiry #3: There are hundreds of existing tree stumps. Should the tree stumps be removed completely or to the depth of 12 inches below finished grade?

Inquiry #4: Refer to IR-2 and IP-2. There is a portion of existing mainline (346' lineal feet) shown from the proposed point of connection near existing control valve F-6 to the proposed connection point at existing control valve F-8. This same portion of mainline is proposed as new mainline on sheet IP-2, advise if this section of mainline as shown on IR-2 is to be included as part of the removals or if this is to be considered existing to remain and not included as new mainline.
