Inquiry #3: Please reference Bid Item 7(Stationary Impact Attenuator Vehicle). The Bid Item is for 300 Days, while the contract is 150 working days. Please confirm that the contractor will be compensated for the number of attenuator vehicles present on each day of work. (Example: Contractors work dictates 2 attenuator vehicles on site for one day of work. The contractor would be compensated 2 DY?)

Inquiry #5: The cover sheet for the job specifications state to use the Standard Plans and Specifications dated 2022 for this project. The headwall dimensions and quantities (L, H, CY, Rebar LB) shown on the project plans are from the 2018 standard plans, not the 2022 standard plans. Please review and advise which is applicable.

"Survey the job site for regulated species and submit a preconstruction survey report within ___ days before starting work." "Submit an initial monitoring report as an informational submittal within ___ hours after starting ground disturbing activities."
