Other than the indications providing areas to cut/cap irrigation and remove; there is no instruction as to where any irrigation items are to be removed and relocated. Please identify on the drawings where this is to occur.

Response #1:The Cut/Cap items are under the bid item name "Relocate Irrigation Facility". Only Cut/Cap are used. There are no other items to relocate.

Inquiry #2: Specs call out minimum bid for Plant Establishment, but no amount is given. Can you confirm that there is a minimum amount or if it does not apply.
