Response #1:The reinforced concrete foundation is to be included in the price of Bid Item No. 32 - Alternative Crash Cushion TL-3. The size and details of the foundation are to be determined based on the manufacturer's installation instructions.

Inquiry #2: Due to technical issues trying to log into the Caltrans bidding site, BidX, can this project be postponed for one week to enable time to correct the bidding site issues?
