Inquiry #2: Section 7.2 of the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) of the La Jolla Band of Luiseno Indians states that a 4% TERO fee of the gross contract amount is required. In the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Caltrans and the La Jolla Band of Luiseno Indians, Section 5 TERO FEE states that Caltrans will pay a TERO fee of 4.0%. Will the contractor be required to pay a 4.0% TERO fee in addition to the 4.0% TERO fee that Caltrans is paying?

Inquiry #4: There is 235,000 LF of Temporary Traffic Stripe and no bid item. Section 12-6.04 of the 2023 Standard Spec states that "Temporary traffic stripe is measured as specified for traffic stripe in section 84". Please provide a Temporary Traffic Stripe bid item measured by the LF for this work.
