Inquiry #2: Could you please provide the 3D CAD files for the subject project grading with the existing and proposed geometry and contours or surfaces.

Inquiry #3: There are PCMS boards shown on TH-1, TH-2, TH-3 detour sheets.

It is not clear if these PCMS on the TH-# detour sheets are in addition to the PCMS that are indicated in the Stage Construction Plans SC-1 thru SC-15, SCQ-2.

Inquiry #6: Sheet 206 shows Typ Pier Cap Detail – F Bridge for Pier 2 , is this applicable for all Pier caps and is an optional construction Joint allowed between top of Pier wall and pier cap. Sheets 187,188 and 202 do not show a Pier Cap please advise.

Inquiry #9: Bid Item 12: TEMPORARY BARRIER SYSTEM, SP's and plans call for the 2022 Revised Standard T3D Temporary Barrier System. Our suppliers have informed us that the T3D Barrier is still being tested and may not be available until sometime in 2024 and that the Agency is allowing the T3A Krail to be used until January 2027. Is this correct? If not, will any accommodation be made for any delay in obtaining the new specified barrier for the project?

Response #1:The dimensions for the cutoff wall (DS 16b) are 140’ x 40’ x 31” (Length, Width, Depth). The low-flow channel (DS 16a) is a separate drainage unit and its dimensions/elevations are shown on sheets DD-6 and DD-7.

Inquiry #11: Please be informed that you Roadway Embankment Quantity of 15997CY on Sheet Q-1 seams very high. We run the calculation with the 3d modeling software and got significantly lower fill volume. Could you please reconsider it, as you have may be calculated by mistake filling under the bridge.
