Inquiry #1: We are requesting information on the requirement for Traffic Control and associated method of Payment due to safety concerns to protect the workers and traveling public.

Pursuant to 20-2.14, a temporary irrigation system is to be installed requiring water to be transported and delivered to the installed on grade system. In order to provide adequate pressure and flow, a water truck will be stationary at each location for extended periods each watering day. The shoulder is narrow in some locations requiring a shoulder closure and/or lane closure in addition to an attenuator truck.
