Services needed: Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all qualified DVBE and SBE, subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials supply/delivery, Trucking, Lead Compliance Plan, Time Related Overhead (WDAY), Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Portable Changeable Message Sign (LS), Temporary Pavement Marking (Paint), Temporary Pavement Stripe (Paint), Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Temporary Fiber Roll, Remove Pavement Marker, Pavement Marker (Retroreflective) and Removal, Pavement Markers (Retro Reflective Recessed) and Removal, Object Marker, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking (Enhanced Wet Night Visibility) and Removal, Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Enhanced Wet Night Visibility) and Removal, 12” Rumble Strip (AC Pavement), Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, ETC… Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.
Requirements: Pavement Coatings Co. is a Union signatory contractor and an equal opportunity employer. Subcontractor's quotes should include any updates pertaining to addendum issued as well as follow specifications. DVBE and SBE, subcontractors should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and DVBE verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required. You can contact us if you have any other questions of requirements or need help with obtaining insurance, bond & lines of credit, equipment, supplies or materials necessary to participate in this project.

Assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies is available upon request. Additionally, please contact us if you require any technical assistance. Quotations must be valid for same duration as specified by Owner for contract award. Intermountain intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project. Intermountain may require 100% performance and payment bonds for the full amount of subcontract price. Intermountain will assist with bonding costs for subcontractors. Additionally, The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding, for more information please visit them at http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Intermountain Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and subcontract agreement are available upon request. The full agreement can be obtained by contacting Intermountain. Subcontractors must also be registered with a current DIR number.
