Requirements: McCuen Construction, Inc. intends to contract with qualified firms interested in participating in the project. McCuen Construction will work with interested DBE/DVBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Please call to discuss how McCuen Construction can assist you in your bonding, credit and/or insurance needs. Assistance may include but is not limited to: Contacting bonding and/or insurance companies on your behalf, arranging with sureties incremental or phased bonding, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies and/or materials. By submitting a quote, you agree to sign McCuen Construction’s Subcontract Agreement. Contractors must have a valid contractor’s license and insurance meeting the requirements of this subcontract. All Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with The D.I.R. (Department of Industrial Relations) in order to bid on public works projects. DIR number must be provided with proposal. We are currently requesting quotes for all scopes of work and bid items related to this project. Please see the list of bid items associated with this project for more information. Other items of work in which quotes are greatly desired: Construction Rentals, Misc. Construction Supplies, Flat-Bed and End Dump Hourly Trucking Rates. We will also consider subcontracting other scopes of work offered by interested companies.
